A man allegedly shot his elder brother during a domestic quarrel in Nishtar Colony here on late Sunday.
According to police, Kamahan Village’s resident laborer, Riaz, opened fire during a domestic quarrel and shot dead his elder brother Amin.
After receiving information of the murder, the police rushed to the scene and arrested the accused with the weapon of murder.
The arrested aggressor has rejected allegation of murder, saying the bullet was fired accidentally during cleaning of gun.
The deceased, Amin , was father of five children and used to feed them by running a donkey cart. Police have launched a probe into the murder after moving the body to the hospital.
How did a labourer managed to get a firearm? I am sure this is the last thing on Police's mind.
