At least 15 more patients of dengue fever surfaced across Punjab in the last 24 hours. The disease has been increasing with the passage of the time in the province.
According to Punjab health department, four patients – Tauquir (28), Naveed (27), Shagufta (50), and Fiaz (35) – have been admitted in Mayo Hospital. Four other patients are being treated in private hospitals in Lahore. Another patient -Tayyab (11) – is being provided treatment in Services Hospital.
Two patients from Multan, two from Sheikhupura, one from Rawalpindi and one from Bahawalpur have also been tested positive.
