The assault on a five-year-old girl by some human-faced monsters in Lahore is not only shocking but also beyond comprehension. This is total insanity so much so that it is grotesque. The CCTV footage taken over by some SHO ‘on gun point’ subsequently was even more shocking as reported by a private TV channel.
The culprit must be apprehended by Punjab Police at any cost, even if all other policing works come to halt. Once caught, he should not be tried in regular courts and must not be grilled in usual and outdated process of law that we have, instead special court be set up and open trial should be held under all the printed sections in our Criminal Procedure Code plus other codes and laws.
I know what I am suggesting is nothing less than savagery but unless we become strict the crime in the city shall not come to a halt.
The ASI responsible for releasing the four suspects could not have done so without consent of his SHO and his superior officers. It happens everyday suspects are released after getting bribed and this is how police officers make money. It goes all the way to the top. After all when police station postings are auctioned, money is to be made, which can only be done by promoting crimes and protecting criminals. Over 3000 incidents of minor children being raped are reported and only a handful get punished, which occurs with police connivance. Just take a look at the palatial houses in which retired police officers live after retirement.
The rape of Innocence .,a five year old girl was brutally raped by a policeman as the CCTV footage indicates. This wolf in the skin of sheep must be hanged without ny sort of Triak. This monster deserves no sympathy. Did he care about this little girl's condition .and the effects of this outrageous behavior ?. The harm that he has caused to her physically and mentally.
She does not even know as to what has been done to her. How can this man kive with himself . ? We must hang him by the neck and let his body rot on the lynching bloc. he should be made an example for the other rapists.
The penal code provisions be amended and parliament should act promptly and legislate.
