The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has said that infrastructure development work at Park Enclave Scheme would be completed by March 31, 2014.

Senior officials of CDA said that the remaining work of the project will be completed simultaneously after handing over the possession of the site to the allottees in April 2014.

They said that the present management of CDA is making every effort to finish the project at the earliest. The officials claimed that the results will be visible in few a months’ time adding that the project will not only provide contemporary living but will be a model to be followed by other developers.

According to CDA brief presented in the Senate Committee by senior officials, the project was delayed due to faulty procurement method adopted at that time as well as non possession of the site. The work progress also remained slow due to heavy monsoon rains.

The documents further stated that the main concept given in regulations for housing in Zone-IV is to develop modern environmental friendly housing for sustainable development. The Zone-IV provides a suburban green field environment for its residents and CDA intends to provide modern civic facilities in the midst of natural beauty and clean air.

The Park Enclave Housing Scheme was launched in July 2011. It is located on Park Road at intersection with Kurri Road.

  1. The CDA Officials must take interest & focus on CDA Park Enclave Housing Scheme as the allottes looking forward for taking possisions of plots failing witch the credibility & committment of CDA will be a question mark for onward projects.

  2. CDA has consistently been lying with respect to development of Park Enclave. The fact is that none of the Members as well as the Chairman CDA are clear about the development schedule. The validity of the ballot process is still in limbo and CDA has failed to take the allotees in confidence about development of the project. Shameful indeed as compared to progress made in Bahria enclave.

  3. Visted the site at the end of october nothing there except stupid brok wall …..what a waste of money …..
