KP govt for closing markets after sunset to save power

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has said that the provincial government would support the decision of closing markets and business centers after sunset if other provinces agree to the decision in a drive to save electricity and minimise load shedding in the country.
This he said while talking to a delegation of local industrialists who called on him at his office on Thursday and discussed with him various matters relating to the revival and development of industrial sector and problems faced by the industrialists in the province.
The delegation was led by Frontier Steels chief executive Noman Wazir. Other members of the delegation were Riaz Arshad, Haji Afzal, Umar Zakori, Malik Niaz, Zahid Shinwari, Mohammad Tahir, Imtiaz Ahamd, and Naeem Shahzad. High authorities of industry and other concerned departments were also present on the occasion.
The chief minister said the provincial government had decided to handover all the industrial estates to the private sector and to provide them cheap electricity; and necessary instructions and guide line had been given to the concern quarters to implement the decision so that the closed and sick industrial units in the province could be revived.
The chief minister said that the provincial government was introducing basic reforms in all the sectors adding that working groups comprising experts and professionals of both the private and public sectors have been constituted in all the departments to implements the reforms agenda of provincial government.
On this occasion various matters related to the Drug Regularity Authority Sarhad Development Authority and Small Industries Development Board came under discussion and the chief minister issued directives to the concern quarters to this effect.
He assured the delegation that the provincial government would resolve the problems faced by the industrialist community on priority basis and would extend them all required facilities.
The members of the delegation highly appreciated the reform agenda of the provincial government and assured the chief minister of all possible support to implement the agenda.

    Why other provinces? If you want to develop KPK then then you should not give such statements !
