Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MNA Hamza Shahbaz Sharif on Tuesday said that the Sasta Ramadan Bazaars would provide quality essential items to the people at cheaper rates.
Speaking to party workers and various social organisations’ representatives, he informed that Ramadan bazaars were being set up across the province to facilitate the masses.
Further, he said that the government had provided Rs 3.20 billion in subsidies on flour during Ramadan so that the maximum relief could be provided to the poor, adding that the menace of profiteering would be combated by delegating magisterial pricing powers to well-reputed officers. He said that the country’s parliament members and administrative machinery would work round the clock to make the bazaars a success.
