Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) candidate Asad Umar on Tuesday filed his nomination papers for NA-48 by-elections with Assistant Returning Officer Shahrukh Arjumand.
Umar was accompanied by PTI Leader Adnan Randhawa who himself was an aspiring candidate from the same constituency.
