The plight of a Wapda pensioner

In all the other govt departments, old aged pensioners even over 70 years of age don’t need to go to the office of a disbursing officer to submit their pension forms. Instead, their pension is paid through post offices or direct transfer to their bank accounts. Wapda has not adopted this prescribed procedure for paying pensions. Everybody knows that people above 70 years of age become weak and suffer health complications. Thus the government should exempt old aged pensioners from going every month to disbursing offices to submit their pension forms personally. However authorities may visit the home of old aged pensioners once a year to verify whether they are alive or dead.

    LATE DELIVERING OF ELECTRICITY BILLS BY IRRESPONSIBLE BILL DISTRIBUTORS OF WAPDA ISLAMABAD ================================

    The residents of IQBAL TOWN Rawalpindi have received their Electricity Bills of the month of APRIL 2014 on Dated 07-05-2014 ie just two days before due date Of 09-05-2014 . These Electricity Bills of Batch No 12 were issued by Customers service officer Chandni chowk Division IESCO Rawalpindi on dated 25-04-2014.It is not understood that why Bill Distributor have delivered the Electricity Bills after 13 days since date of issued of these electricity Bills on

    It is generally observed that all the Bill Distributors of Wapda are habitual of delivering electricity bills to the Wapda consumers just three or four days before due dates in stead of delivering the Electricity Bills to the Wapda consumers at least ten days before due dates as per court decision as well as the strict standing order of Ex president of Pakistan Perwez Musharraf .

    Ex President had strictly ordered that all utility Bills departments will arrange to deliver the utility Bills just ten days before due dates.
    All the utility Departments are obeying the order and they have arranged to deliver the utility Bills just ten days before due dates but Wapda is only the department of the Pakistan who is not obeying the standing order of ex president of Pakistan Perwaiz Musharraf .
    The consumers of Wapda are much in worries and in great tension because of the cruel type policy of the Wapda officers and wapda consumers now become so much upsetted that most of the wapda consumers are cursing the Wapda Department,

    The Main reasons of late delivery of the Electricity Bills to the Wapda consumers are that most of the Bill Distributors of Wapda are always runs to their home villages and always remained on availing of FRENCH LEAVES for three to four days every week without the knowledge of their Wapda officers. They come once or twice in a week and then deliver the six days electricity bills ( 6x 50=300 Nos electricity Bills) in one or two days and then again run away to their homes on FRENCH LEAVES.
    On other side, if any consumer try to complain to any officer of Wapda about the late RECEIVING OF ELECTRICITY Bills, the concerned Wapda officers are not taking any action against Bill Distrbutors at fault.Hence the genuine complaints of the Wapda consumers are not being redressed by the Wapda Officers.

    If such bad & cruel type policy of Wapda officers is remained in future also in this Islamic country of Pakistan, then it is better to hand over the Department of Wapda to private international firm for the set right of Wapda Department for the purpose of providing of most effcients service for valuable consumers of WAPDA
    I think that Wapda officers can not run the Wapda departments in most efficiently ways by set right the working system of Wapda as well as the redressing of the genuine type complaints of the Wapda Consumers and to serve the WAPDA consumers in most sincerely ways.

    If such bad & cruel type policy of Wapda officers is remained in future also in this Islamic country of Pakistan, then it is better to hand over the Department of Wapda to private international firm for the set right of Wapda Department for the purpose of providing of most effcients service for valuable consumers of WAPDA
    I think that Wapda officers can not run the Wapda departments in most efficiently ways by set right the working system of Wapda as well as the redressing of the genuine type complaints of the Wapda Consumers and to serve the WAPDA consumers in most sincerely ways.

    The best working system of distribution of Billing is of Department of PTCL .The PTCL always deliver the phone Bills to their valuable Subscribers well ie ten days before due dates through TCS Courier Service whose most active and efficient young educated boys always deliver the Phone Bills well in time ie at least 10 days before due dates and they also get the signatures of the Phone Subscribers of receiving their phone Bills .

    Hence I will advise to Chairman Wapda to kindly terminate all the arrogant Bill Distributors of Wapda and entrust the job of delivering of the Electricity Bills through TCS Courier Service. It is the main solution of redressing of the genuine complaints of the wapda consumers.
    Similarly drastic action should also be taken against those all SDOs & XENs of WAPDA who are not taking any interest in arranging the delivery of the Electricity Bills at least ten days before due dates. .

    I hope that Chairman Wapda would take a serious notice of this genuine complaint of the Wapda consumers and will surely set right the most worst working system of Wapda by taking stern action against all inefficient and senseless cruel officers of Wapda

    WE ARE INSAN BUT NOT DOGS ?

    CHAIRMAN PAKISTAN RAILWAY & ALL DIVISIONAL SUPERINTENDENTS SHOULD NOTE THAT WE ARE INSAN but not DOGS.
    I am saying this because of following reasons.

    It is continuously being observed in the Railway TRAINS that Sub Standard, BAD-SMELT, & poisonous type FOODS are being served and sold to Railway Passengers in the trains by the GOONDA TYPES Caterers of the Pakistan Railways, which even DOGs don’t like to eat

    Similarly Fake beverages are being sold to Railway passengers
    Throughout the year and specially in summer season in the trains and on the plate forms. Now Summer season has started but railways caterers are still doing a brisk business by selling Fake & poisonous beverages to the passengers because they are paying monthly BHUTTA to all railway officers including Chairman, Divisional Superintendents , Commercial officers, Station Masters ,etc

    I think that the Chairman and all Divisional Superintendents of Pakistan Railways are not fearing from the AAZAB of the ALLAH which can be revealed very soon upon them within a period of time.
    Mostly all railway passengers are saying that The Chairman Railway and all DIVISIONAL SUPERINTENDENTS are getting monthly BHUTTA from all railway caterers and Tea Stalls on selling of fake and poisonous beverages and selling of stale and poisonous foods. I will request to Mr Saad Rafique , Federal Minister of Railway to kindly take drastic and stern action against Chairman Railway & their all Divisional Superintendents because without taking any serious action against such cruel & senseless corrupted officers , the Railway working system can not be be improved. If our Federal Minister of railway is unable to take any action against the corrupted Chairman Railways and Divisional Superintendents ,then It is my prediction that Chairman Railway and all the Divisional Superintendents will be died of heart failures ,Cancer, kidney failure etc within in a year of time but it is better for them to at least fear from AAZAB of the ALLAH which can be revealed very soon upon them .I hope our Federal Minister of Railway will surely teach a serious lesson to Railway officers and will surely set right the working position of Railway

    جناب وزیراعظم پاکستان صاحب
    اب واپڈا اسلام آباد کے افسران اپنے واپڈا کے صارفین پر اس قدر شدید ظلم کر رہے ہیں کہ اب وہ بجلی کے بل ، بل جمع کروانے کی آخری تاریخ سے پندرہ دن پہلے نکالنے کی بجائے اب وہ آٹھ نو دن پہلے بجلی کے بل جاری کرتے ہیں ن جس کی وجہ سے واپڈا کے تمام صارفین بل جمع کروانے کی تاریخ سے صرف دو تین دن پہلے ملتے ہیں
