The Supreme Court on Monday summoned the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa inspector general on July 11 during the proceeding of a case of missing person Khairul Rehman.
Earlier, Abdul Rehman, father of missing Khairul Rehman, recorded his statement in front of a three-member bench on Monday that even after the lapse of four years, there is no one in the country who could listen to the voice of poor people.
He requested the court that if his son was alive, then his meeting should be arranged with him, or if he was dead then his body should be handed over to him.
Justice Jawad S Khawaja assured the father that his son would be recovered soon.
