The Bomb Disposal Squad on Saturday defused a bomb planted outside a school in Kechi Baig area in the outskirts of Quetta.
Police sources said that unidentified terrorists had planted the explosive device outside the Girls Primary School Killi Ghulam Jan to blow it up.
“A police team along with the Bomb Disposal Squad reached the scene soon after receiving the information about the presence of bomb and defused it,” police said.
The law-enforcement agencies cordoned off the area to trace the suspects.
