Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) leader and Punjab Chief Minister elect, Shahbaz Shahrif has said the newly elected government has a number of hurdles ahead and it would be a difficult but not impossible task to overcome them.

Talking to media at Allama Iqbal International Airport on his return from London, Shahbaz enumerated law and order, power crisis, unemployment, economic situation and elimination of poverty as the top challenges for his party.

He said that PML-N was consistently working to prepare strategies to deal with the problems faced by Pakistan and its people.

The PML-N leader said that no political party can solely resolve the issues of the country and a joint effort would be needed for which his party would consult all stakeholders.

Earlier, talking to media at Heathrow Airport before leaving for Pakistan, Shahbaz Sharif said that he met with various British companies representatives and offered them to invest in various sectors in Pakistan especially energy.
