President Asif Ali Zardari is scheduled to arrive in Lahore today (Saturday) for a two-day visit.
During his stay in Lahore, President Zardari will meet senior party leaders to discuss reasons behind PPP’s epic loss in the general election and exchange views on the future course of action.
Political circles are terming it an important visit.
In addition, the president will hold meetings with Punjab’s office bearers and workers of PPP.
ppp would come back. but for that it has not to loose the path of Bhutto who was sincere with public
Only if it will get rid of Zardari somehow. Sooner the better.
I hope he is just refueling enroute out of Pakistan for good.
The reason behind PPP's defeat in the elections is every one in the party posed as "jack of all trades" but actually they were master of none. What a useless lot of people gathered in the party and captured the front row after the demise of Benazir Bhutto and they proved it by how they ran the affairs of the state during the five years of their government while the loyal and competent people were pushed in the corner.
Truth is beyond doubt
Since he is visiting PPP and its not a official government visit,hope he is not travelling on the account of Pakistani people(govt. money),yes I know its wishful thinking.And if he is then the Supreme court should look into it because Zardari is using government funds for his useless failed party(government) purposes.Oh and he doesn't need to go far to figure out why his party failed,he just needs to look at himself in the mirror.
Let us hope what Nawaz does for Pakistan, although his nreputation is of an incompetent person.
