Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Monday took notice of the fact that former party leaders are contesting elections independently against PPP ticket holders in various constituencies.
Bilawal, while taking notice of the situation, said that efforts would be made to persuade estranged PPP leaders to withdraw from elections against PPP ticket holding candidates.
The PPP chairman will begin addressing various election rallies via video link from Tuesday
Meanwhile, President Asif Ali Zardari will arrive in Karachi to oversee PPP’s election campaign.
