Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Syed Tahir Shahbaz has said encroachments around the Saidpur Village will be removed to restore beauty of this historic place. The CDA chairman said this while visiting the village here on Sunday.
Shahbaz said the village is rich in cultural and traditional heritage, which is a hallmark of the site. He said the site was attracting locals and foreigners alike and the CDA wanted to ensure that the visitors face no difficulties. Shahbaz said the issue of parking would be resolved in the area and the parking lot will be extended to facilitate the visitors. He also said the sanitation system would also be improved.
On this occasion CDA Member Administration Chaudhry Munir Ahmad, CDA Director General Environment Dr Suleman Sheikh, the CDA Municipal Administration director and other officers were also present.
