The Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) would organise a free puppet show today to entertain and educate children regarding social problems like health, education and environment.
According to a PNCA official, the puppet show was a regular feature of the council presented by the National Puppet Theater (NPT), on every Monday at 4 pm.
“The objective of the show is to educate people and children, besides providing entertainment. Adults will gain knowledge and inspiration from the moral and historical stories acted out by puppets,” he added.
Many common social problems were highlighted in the shows in order to create awareness, better civic sense and patriotism among the audience.
