The Islamabad police has registered a case against Dr Tahirul Qadri and 21 of his associates for disrupting official work, robbery, use of weapons, attempt to murder, inciting people and several other offences. The case was registered on the statement of Bahra Kahu SHO Mehboob, who was injured during the demonstrations staged by workers of the Tehreek Minhajul Quran (TMQ). Qadri rejected the case, terming it a pressure tactic by the government. He said he did not accept any such proceedings by the police, adding that it was all being done on the directions of Interior Minister Rehman Malik. He said the TMQ had filed an application in the same police station, seeking registration of a case against Malik but the police had refused to register the case. “Therefore, the TMQ has approached the court in this connection hoping it will provide relief to them,” he said.

I like Tahir ul Qadri very much. magar ek sufi ko duniya ki kya garaz kasha wo politics me interest na dikhate to acha hota.

Yes, afsoos ke saath keh raha hon.. this was staged drama… if Mr. Qadri was SO MUCH aggressive against current Govt. then how dramatic it seems he was joining hands and praising ALL the current currupt party representatives ??? this is extreme… how many times will they play with Pakistani Awaam? and WHY? this country will never be in safe hands ever.. its because our Nation is largely either ignorant or powerless.. Only true Islamic Revolution is the final hope for Pakistan… today or tomorow… that will happen… Insha Allah… but that will be bloody…
