Indian officials want the Pakistani government to initiate a commission to investigate the murder of two of its soldiers.
Although in an earlier statement, the Pakistani army denied allegations stating they had something to do with the murders, Indian officials now want Pakistan to investigate further.
The Indian army also stated that the murders had been committed in such a barbaric way that one of the bodies was decapitated and the head was not found.
They further added if the Pakistani army failed to act in any way, the Indians would be forced to stop all negotiations regarding the relaxation of visas and both countries would lose out on all progress made in the past years.
That is deplorable. The crime has common underpinnings; decapitation which is a signature of an act of terror to which soldiers of Pakistan Army have also been subjected to. This is condemned in the strongest possible words.

This barbaric behaviour is part of day to day life in Pakistan. Daniel Pearl beheaded, Pakistani soldiers beheaded by Taliban, Baluchis beheaded by Pakistan Army on a regular basis. Why is anybody surprised? People who want and propagate violence need to be given a dose of their own medicine.
Talking must continue but justice must also be done.
