At least two people were killed when a vehicle plunged into a gorge in Kohistan district of Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhoonkhwa province on Thursday, officials said.
According to rescue officials the incident took place in Patan area of the district, adding that two people on board in pickup died on the spot.
The bodies have been shifted to nearby hospital, they said.
Pakistan has one of the world’s worst records for fatal traffic accidents, blamed on poor roads, badly maintained vehicles and reckless driving.
