A fire in a plastic factory on Thursday caused huge losses.
According to details, the fire engulfed the plastic factory located near Sagian Bridge. Due to inflammable materials, the fire spread rapidly.
Rescue workers were summoned to the scene and they doused the blaze after over an hour’s effort.
The fire gutted the manufactured plastic products and raw materials causing huge losses but no causality or injury was reported.
Police said that short circuiting might be reason behind the incident but investigations were underway to uncover the cause of the fire.
