Lahore High Court has accepted an application for the judicial inquiry of poisonous syrup sale as the death toll has reached 20.
It is to be mentioned here that many medical stores have been raided and several of them sealed in the backdrop of deaths due to the fatal substance.
Investigation into the case revealed that the syrup didn’t have any poisonous substance; its overdose caused the casualties.
