One man died as he jumped to save his life when fire broke out in tenth-storey building of State Life Insurance here on Wednesday.
According to reports, the incident occurred in Saddar area of the city because of a short circuit.
The deceased Owais, who clung at a window on the tenth storey to save his life, lost his grip and fell leaving him critically wounded. He succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
