Bad governance major obstacle in progress of Pakistan: Nawaz Sharif

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Nawaz Sharif has said that corruption and bad governance are major hurdles in progress and development of the country.
Addressing the party leaders on Wednesday during a meeting called by him for reviewing preparation for by-polls in which the monitoring committee presented a report to Nawaz Sharif in this regard, the PML-N chief said his party would eliminate corruption from the country after coming into power. He said that his party would again bring the country on way of progress and prosperity.
He said that people would reject the corrupt and incompetent persons and political parties in the upcoming general elections in the country, adding that the PML-N would bring revolutionary changes in the country.
Nawaz Sharif said that his party workers would resolve every problem of people on war footing.
He said that people would cast their vote in favour of the PML-N on the basis of its performance.

  1. Look who is talking! His brother is the chief minister. I am sure the latter listens to him for advice. What is stopping them from acting now? It might get them more votes in the forthcoming election.
