Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira has said Pakistan and India have no other option but to pursue the path of dialogue to resolve their outstanding disputes.
Addressing Pakistan-India Peace Media Conference in Lahore on Friday‚ he said war is not solution to any problem.
He emphasized the need for greater people to people contacts for removing the trust deficit between the two countries.
The Minister said social media can effectively play its role to bring peoples of the two countries together.
Thirty-member delegations of Delhi and Chandigarh Press clubs is also attending the conference.
Earlier‚ PPP General Secretary Jahangir Badar addressing the Pak-India Media Peace Conference said steps are required to be taken to make the region visa free so that people may come close to each other.
He said that it was the vision of Benazir Bhutto Shaheed that a South Asian Parliament be established where representatives of these nations could sit and resolve all their conflicts peacefully.

The war is not solution of any problem but run those kinds of methods which will be applied where solution is available .our goverment can not redeem the crises how that will resolve the problems. we should have not togive only announcements but pracatically we will be solved the problems our leaders are not recognised the problem but conduct the press conference on the basis of politics shining .therefore iam requested to all leaders who every time will think about the pakistan how it will come in the prosper path .
