Pakistan is a country where international matches are banned, a country which has never been invited in IPL, a country whose bowlers are at the top spots in cricket but were not nominated for the ICC 2012 awards. Still reaching in semifinal is the most remarkable and awesome efforts by Team Green. Pakistan did lose a match but they have done wonders by reaching semifinals of all four T20 World Cups since 2007.
Furthermore, Sri Lankan cricket team is advised to make a few other grounds if they want a big tournament in their country. Two grounds are not enough for a world cup. In the second innings of the semifinal, the condition of the pitch was so bad it looked as Pakistani batsmen were playing on water surface. Hard luck Team Pakistan but you did well.
