One wonders that despite government efforts and the will of the people of Balochistan why peace seems to be at a distance. The disturbance in Balochistan is not due to the local Baloch population or residents of the area. Psychological games are being played by self exiled leaders having self-interests or fulfilling the objectives of the enemies of Pakistan. Why are they having political asylums, enjoying all the facilities of life and just to remain relevant in the news, pronounce themselves as leaders and are making the life of the common Baloch nothing less than hell. Through their paid agents, a small group is following their orders. They perpetuate in killing innocent people and undertake sabotage activities. These fake leaders are hostage themselves and are trapped by foreign intelligence agencies, who execute their own interests in Balochistan as this land is taken to be the gateway to economic prosperity of the future. These individuals when abroad are being paid and looked after by the same agencies. Have they ever thought what would happen to them when their services will not be required any longer? History has examples of Mir Jaffar and Mir Sadiq and their end. A person not sincere to his own country or the people can expect least reward from outsiders!
Why today foreign intelligence agencies are continuously interfering in Balochistan and want to keep Balochistan a region of instability and fear? Why are the efforts of the government and LEAs to bring peace in Balochistan discredited and sabotaged? Just because the enemies of the Baloch do not want any development, awareness and prosperity of the Baloch. It is high time that Baloch understood their friends and foes, set right their priorities, and break the shackles of helplessness and of being held hostage.
