Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ibad said on Sunday the business community had decided to give compensation to the affected families of fire incident in a garment factory.
Talking to media‚ he said that heirs of the deceased people would also be given jobs. The governor made it explicitly clear that all possible safety measures would be taken in all the industries verified by the government. To a query he replied that DNA tests had been taken of unidentified bodies to ensure their proper identification so that they would be handed over to the legal heirs.
