There are reports that the government and the opposition are in search of a caretaker setup for the upcoming elections. There is no consensus between them so for. I think the caretaker setup should include persons from every segment of the country, like lawyers, ex-army men, ex-policemen, ex-bureaucrats, retired judges, retired professors, columnists, economists, businessmen, minorities etc. Only 20 men and women should be taken from these segments. They would have total neutrality. They should be given the right to select a caretaker prime minister. Those writers who are in favor of the country and give suggestions without taking any compensation should also be included in the new setup. This practice will encourage all segments.
