Chris Brown’s new neck ink may bear some resemblance to photos of his ex-girlfriend after his 2009 attack on her, but a rep for Brown confirmed to ABCNews.com that the tattoo is not of Rihanna. “His tattoo is a sugar skull and a MAC cosmetics design he saw,” Brown’s rep said. “It is not Rihanna or an abused woman as erroneously reported.” The rep noted that the tattoo is peeling right now, making it look not like the design Brown originally intended. Rihanna just got a notable new tattoo of her own — a large image of the goddess Isis below her breasts in memory of her grandmother.
