Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Tuesday said that he still believes Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was murdered, as the establishment did not like him.
Addressing a ceremony in connection with the Quaid’s 64th death anniversary through telephone, the MQM chief said that Quaid-e-Azam belonged to Shia thought of school, but he was a liberal and secular man.
He said that the Quaid did not believe in sectarianism. “I knew facts about the Quaid’s sect but didn’t feel the need to discuss, as he was liberal and secular man,” Altaf added. He said that he could not keep mum following the targeted killings of Shia Muslims. He said that those who were beheading others should not forget that the same could be done to them.
Commenting on the new local government system, Altaf said that the opposition of various political parties on the introduction of the local government system in Sindh showed that these parties were not sincere in allowing the democracy to flourish at the grass-root level.

  1. This guy sorry to say is mentally retarted!!
But I support him on his stand on the sectarian killings. He and his party is right on that. But generally he is a bloody blackmailer, a murderer himself and a terrorist.

  2. I find it REALLY hard to believe that anyone could be so irresponsible as to make such remarks these days. Does this man not know the bloodshed that takes place over issues such as these,or is he trying to provoke it? He is truly EVIL

  3. Altaf baby if you are a real patriot as you so claim to be sitting 4000 miles away from your native land in your safe hide out, why don't you give the proof to the authorities to investigate? It is just like my saying you are a woman in disguise without any proof. So be a nice boy and instead of making imaginary stories, give the proof to investigate

  4. Mr. Jinnah died a natural death from TB that he had suffered for many years in Bombay and in those days there was no care available to treat the disease.

  5. Little knowledge is dangerous thing. Some people do not know the depth of their ignorance, It is much better to keep one's mouth shut rather than giving a statement on each and every issue.

  6. You were the one who said on your visit to India that, "The division of India was the biggest mistake." Later on you hopelessly tried retracting your words. Now you come up with the jingo that carries not even the weight of an empty air bag. You better stay in London and hand over the MQM to a saner person who does not possess 'dual nationality.' Salams

  7. It is mentioned in the book "Freedom at midnight" that Jinnah was suffering from acute TB even before the partition and his days were numbered. He concealed this even from his close colleagues so that nobody from congress atleast Sardar Patel is aware of his decease. He was afraid that if Sardar Patel get this news India's Independance will be delayed so that Pakistan will never come to existance in the absence of Jinnah
