Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) leader Senator Aitzaz Ahsan has said that no one will accept probe finding by Shoaib Saddal in Arsalan Iftikhar case.
Talking to a private TV channel, he said decision by Supreme Court bench in Arsalan case was not wise and it would create problems for Chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.
He said SC verdict in Arsalan case was careless and controversial. Justice Jawwad S Khawaja and Justice Arif Khilji had created difficulties for the CJP, he added.
About the issue of writing letter to the Swiss government, Aitzaz said that no prime minister would write any such letter come what may.
“Can Shahbaz Sharif write a letter or lodge an FIR against Mian Nawaz Sharif. How can a PPP prime minister write a letter against a president from its own party,” he asked.
