CJ to realise free primary education

Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry says, under article 25A, free primary education is every child’s constitutional right, and that the court will make sure that it is provided.
The chief justice, hearing the Gujranwala School case remarked that schools and teachers are present on paper but there are no students there, adding that salaries of teachers of these ghost schools should be stopped.
The chief justice expressed dissatisfaction over the reports on the conditions of schools in Sindh and Balochistan.

  1. Why the Article 25A had been ignored in 65 years? Why we are so ignorant of our Constition and that is why every ruler and dictator got benefits of our ignorancy.We appreciate that afterall this job has to be looked after by the honorable CJ of Supreme Court of Pakistanand the question is that what our parliament,national assembly,senate and politicians are doing?Are they only boarding their empty pockets.This is a shameful for all of us.

  2. Long time before The Late Hakim Saeed sahib struggled for long time for this cause. However, nothing concrete happened because of our feudal class control over the rural masses.
