The Balochistan doctors Thursday called off their protracted strike causing long queues of patients at the outdoor patient departments (OPDs) of the government hospitals.
However, they warned to resume the strike if their demands are not met.
Following the doctors’ announcement to end their strike, the OPD at the Quetta’s Civil Hospital started bustling with large number of patients but amidst lack of crew and facilities.
The office-bearers of Pakistan Medical Association Balochistan (PMA) threatened that they will again begin their strike if their demands were not met despite the order of the higher judiciary.
CJ ordered/directed the doctors to end the strike on humanitarian basis.Good , fine, thank you-but did iftikhar make any provision for the safety of these "life giver personnel" or left them loose to the wolves.what about the doctors human rights.Sitting in your high chair you haven't the foggiest idea about the law and order situation and if you do have what is your hidden agenda? who is giving you the orders to put the doctors lives at risk?
