LWMC observed September 2 as Dengue day with empathy and compassion and staged a fleet march starting from head office Shaheen complex, Egerton road, to Town Hall via Mall road.
MD LWMC Waseem Ajmal Chauhdry led the march in which senior management and employees of LWMC along with employees of Al-Bayrak, OZPAK, students of University and Engineering and Technology Lahore participated.
Participants distributed stickers and leaflets among the citizens. Expressing his thoughts on the occasion, MD LWMC Waseem Ajmal Chauhdry said that “today we all need to pledge that we would fight against dengue not only individually but also collectively and all the citizens should play their roll.
We need to master the habit of cleanliness to get rid of all kind of diseases especially dengue” he added.
