A Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) delegation on Tuesday met leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) as part of its efforts to evolve consensus on convening an All Parties Conference to resolve problems facing the country.
MQM delegation led by federal minister Farooq Sattar and comprising Raza Haroon and Wassay Jalil held talks with PTI president Javed Hashmi and vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
According to media reports, PTI has decided that it would not attend any APC hosted by the MQM. TV reports said, PTI leaders said the party would not partake in any APC convened by the coalition partners of the government. A private television channel claimed that Imran Khan’s absence from the meeting was a clear indication that PTI would not attend the APC.
MQM leader Farooq Sattar had invited the PTI chairman Imran Khan to visit Nine Zero in Karachi. Flanked by PTI leaders Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Javed Hashmi at a joint press talk, he said political contacts by Muttahida leaders are intended to steer the country out of current difficult phase, adding the country is facing internal and external challenges.

if it is organised by MQM then whats the point of attending it..! Good decision!
Good step…. No talks to MQM before they come out of coalition govt…
MQM is equally responsible for the problems of Pakistan. They are in partners with PPP. They start supporting them in assembly and senate. they should come out of Sindh government.
Not a good sign on the part of PTI. PTI should not turn itself a hardliner. Be flexible in politics.
it seems logical stance of PTI not to join
round table confidence and i suspect
why MQM is holding it. God Forbid any
happen to Pakistan they will not stand
by Pakistan and will say look we held
round table conference and we were in
the favour of Pakistan.
MQM has been part of the govt. for 4.5 years, so it is part of the problem rather than part of the solution.
gud step

They attended the aftari, they support each other in jalsa's this is just a stage drama which PTI does. No "CHANGE" just munafqat of PTI.
Haggard faced Farooq Sattar is wasting his time to shuttle from one place to another just to show to the world that MQM is a mainstream party but that fact is that it is an ethnic and linguist party and no one believes him.
