US desirous of long-term partnership with Pakistan: Dodman

US Consul General in Karachi Michael Dodman Saturday said that US was desirous of long-term partnership with Pakistan.
He was talking to newsmen in Karachi after visiting the Mazar-e-Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah. He said the US would continue to support a strong and prosperous Pakistan. Dodman said coordination between the US and Pakistani people need to be promoted. He said United States wanted to assist Pakistan in every struggling sector.
The consul-general said Karachi was going to be his home for the next two years and he was happy at the prospect. The US Consul General underlined the need that trade as well as the peoples contact between the two countries should be strengthened.

    How exactly is USA helping Pakistan in any field? USA has done nothing but brought Pakistan on its knees. USA has made India a very prosperous country by exporting IT professionals, opening garments markets for them, USA companies moving their customer hotlines their and what has Indian done for USA? nothing except taking jobs from American citizens. Pakistan especially Pashtuns sacrificed so much and they have got nothing in return. If you are going to bring up all monetary assistance you have provided to Pakistan, well you know it as well as anyone else that your money is going straight to politicians pockets. If you realy want to help Pakistanis then invest in their educational system, improve their finincial conditions by opening up US markets for them and stop paying money to these corrupt politicians.
