Ranbir and Deepika together again?

Love doesn’t follow a rulebook. Dating, separating, remorse and reconciliation follow no schedule. After much speculation, many link-ups and rumours aplenty, the word around town is that Ranbir Kapoor is back to dating his former girlfriend Deepika Padukone.
To take it from the top, it all started in Manali last month, where Deepika and Ranbir went to shoot for Ayan Mukherji’s film, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Considering Ranbir and Deepika had called off their highly publicized relationship after Bachna Ae Haseeno, and even taken verbal digs at each other on Koffee With Karan, their reunion comes as a surprise to many. Deepika had moved on to Sidhartha Mallya and Ranbir too was linked to Katrina Kaif and Nargis Fakhri among others.
Life came full circle for the couple though, when both the actors had to shoot for romantic scenes at the Hidimba Temple in Rajasthan, and were even put up together at Udaipur’s heritage hotel, The Udaivilas. The month-long shoot of the film was reportedly extended by a week, because the couple had to fly down to Delhi together to attend a party thrown by Virender Sehwag after the IPL match. “Both Ranbir and Deepika were spending long hours at the shoot and they started talking about their past. Though both of them thought they have moved on, during the conversation they realized that they are still in love with each other. Ranbir, being the charmer that he is, would woo Deepika with his antics, and they would laugh and giggle during the shoot. Ayaan, a close buddy to both, happily played the role of Cupid,” informs someone from the unit of the film. In fact, with so much water under the bridge, they were initially hesitant to talk to each other during the first few days of the shoot. They were only cordial with each other. Ranbir realized that it would affect the film and he was the first one to break the ice. “Ranbir is an extremely well behaved kid. He respects Deepika and her family. There was not a single day he didn’t taken care of Deepika during the shoot. In fact, Neetu Singh was also there, and the women got along like a house on fire,” adds our source. And though they were talking about the past and trying to resolve their differences, they were even having minor tiffs. Recently, Ranbir and Deepika flew down from Udaipur to attend Karan Johar’s birthday party at Taj Lands End in Bandra, Mumbai. An eyewitness says, “Deepika came in her luxury car and went to the basement of the hotel. She didn’t walk the red carpet. She tried to duck the media and was waiting outside the elevator next to the basement. A few minutes later, Ranbir also arrived in his car and they both took some other route to enter the venue. They avoided making a public appearance before the party. They didn’t want to show the media that they have reunited.” Our source confirms that Ranbir had booked a suite in the same hotel that night. That he chose to book a room at the hotel when he stays barely a few minutes away is a cause for much speculation. Our source continues, “Ranbir came straight from the airport and didn’t want to go home. He wanted to freshen up at the hotel and when he came to know that even Deepika is coming for the party at the same time, he asked her to join him.
