DPC to continue protest against NATO supplies

The Difa-e-Pakistan Council has declared to continue protest across country against the government’s decision to reopen Nato supply routes, till its closure yet again.
Asif Khursheed, who is Spokesman of DPC expressed these views while talking to Online on Sunday.
He stated that the continuity of drone attacks by the United States after resumption of NATO supply was a slap on government’s face.
He added that the peaceful protest against the resumption of NATO supply would continue till its closure yet again.
He said they would not stop NATO supply with the use of power, nor they would block any road from which NATO containers might pass.
The spokesman claimed that the government had made a compromise on the blood of the martyred soldiers and citizens.
He said that if government did not review its decision to reopen NATO supply, the mass protest would flee away the rulers.
On the other side, the DPC will take out rallies in Peshawar on Monday and Tuesday against the resumption of NATO supply.
The rallies in Peshawar will be headed by DPC chairman Maulana Sami ul Haq while Jamaat-i-Islami (JI) chief Munawar Hassan, Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) head Hafiz Saeed, Awami Muslim League head Sheikh Rasheed and DPC Coordinator Gen (R) Hameed Gul would also take part in the Peshawar protest rallies.
