Two suspects allegedly involved in the blast at the Data Darbar two years ago have been arrested by intelligence agencies.
More than 50 people were killed in July 2010 in the attack on the shrine of sufi saint Ali Hajveri, popularly known as Data Sahab. Official sources said that two suspects allegedly involved in the attack were arrested by intelligence agencies.
The Punjab Inspector General (IG) of Police stated that six suspects, who were allegedly involved in the bombing, were in custody, adding that investigations were still underway.
He said that an official report on the bombings and the criminals involved would soon be presented in a news conference.
