Communications Minister Dr Arbab Alamgir Khan on Wednesday urged the NHA officials to utilise all possible resources to ensure timely completion of Faisalabad-Multan Motorway (M-4).
He expressed these views while presiding over a high-level meeting convened to review progress on the project here at the NHA Headquarters here. Arbab Alamgir also instructed the officials to maintain active coordination with the Chinese and Turkish firms that are carrying out construction of the project so that no hindrances are created in its timely completion.
The minister further said that procurement process for acquiring land for the interchanges on this Motorway should also be speeded up so that this mega project witnesses early completion. The meeting was also attended by Minister of State for Communications Mir Dost Muhammad Mazari, Federal Secretary Communications Anwar Ahmad Khan, Parliamentary Secretary Communications Chaudhry Saeed Iqbal and other high officials.
