Provincial Zakat and Ushr Minister Malik Nadeem Kamran said the general public and the industrial sector is facing a shortage of power due to the non-cooperation of the federal government. He expressed these views while talking to the media at an open court held at the Minar-e-Pakistan Camp Office on Tuesday. He stated that the provincial government of the PML-N had followed its tradition of providing services to the public from the very first day instead of being involved in the politics of making money like the governments of the past. He stated that the Punjab government had allocated Rs 10 billion in the budget to overcome the power crisis. He said the provision of basic facilities to the people and to resolve their problems was a priority for the government. Nadeem Kamran said the Punjab government was working according to a comprehensive strategy based on the directions issued by Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
