A Muhajir Sooba

I want to point out the wall chalking on the main streets of Karachi and the banners, stickers, posters and billboards containing the map of divided Sindh by Mohajir Sooba Movement. This mythical movement is demanding a new province within Sindh. They want lower part of Sindh as Mohajir Province where Urdu speaking majority lives. This idea of a Mohajir Province is strongly opposed by Sindhi nationalist parties.

The movement wants to create differences between the people living in Sindh. It’s my request to the provincial government as well as federal government to please erase all the chalking and remove all banners, posters and billboards related to Mohajir Province before any bloodshed occurs in the province.

  1. This so-called movement is not only to divide Sindh but also base to divide Pakistan. This will lead Sindhi nation to reconsider their decision of union with Pakistan. Did they provide shelter to Muslims of India that the sheltered people will divide their homeland. I would request media; For God sake don't give boost to such absurd debate which is definitely going to result in blood shed.

All people who are worried about the current situation of Pakistan they should read the news clips and speeches delivered by Shah Ahmed Noorani.   6. Every Pakistani shuold look very carefully, since falling apart with US. The aftermath to teach Pakistan a lesson is by starting violence on basis of ethnic, sectertian and fuelled by other terrorist activities in Pakistan. FATA, Karachi, Quetta all thrown to bloodshed within a week after no deal done on supply routes.

    Now its Pakistanis duty to look carefully how they are being played right into hands of enemies. We also need to look for groups /people who are acting on these masters!

  8. Muhajir Soobaa is very important In 1988 Faisal Muhammed Muslim League Leader and Azad Bin Hayder Muslim League leader both started for it but that time Sindhi Leaders G M Syed , Hameeda Khoro meet with Muhajir Leaders and promiss to protect Muhajir Rights but waht we get Nothing.

  10. mohajir sooba is need, sindhis are land grabber in karachi, overnight they established goths, they enjoy couta systen, lot of injustice is going on with mohajirs

  11. 1. Punjab is being divided on language basis. Punjabi and Sraiki.
    2. The voice of ethnicity and language Hazara Province is now loud.
    3. The population of Karachi and Hyderabad is more than that of Baluchistan therefore administrative division due to large population is imperative now. I do not understand why people oppose the division of SIndh and misinterpret it with distribution of Pakistan. I can smell hatred from such opposition.

  12. 4. Bacha Khan talked about a separate country named Pakhtoonistan.
    5. Mujeeb never wanted separation. He wanted a united Pakistan to rule. But when his party was deprived of its legitimate rights the situation changed.
    So misinterpretations can change the situation. Serious consideration are essential now.

  13. the division of Sindh will be population or administration based not ethnicity or lingual based. So please think before you comment.
