Punjab PA adopts resolutions for Bahawalpur, South Punjab provinces

2. Now a Mohajir sooba must be created in sindh immediately.Since ppp was so aggressive in demanding division of punjab,now it must work as sincerely in dividing Sindh.

3. the people of South sindh want a new muhajir province.ppp and its allies in sindh must pass a resolution declaring the formation of a new muhajir province.the muhajir people have suffered a lot and given many sacrifices,it is time a muhajir province was established.

4. If Saraiki suba can be made than why not Mohajir suba be made also?

   if Punjab can be divided up than so must Sindh also be divided up at the earliest.Karachi and Hyderabad must be made a new Mohajir province.

5. The demand of a Mohajir province in the Southern part of Sindh will be disastrous for Mohajirs. Those who are making such demands are either ignorant of facts or have ulterior motive against the Mohajirs in Sindh. The fact is that there is a desperate need for more provinces in Pakistan but these provinces should be on administrative basis only without assigning ethnicity based names for provinces.

   • Why is a new province for the mohajirs disastrous but a new Seraiki province not disastrous? This blatant hypocrisy must end.If new provinces out of punjab can be made,than so can new provinces out of sind be made.these double standards are truly disturbing.the demand for a mohajir province in southern sind is a justified sentiment,mohajir suba must be made 4 the mohajirs.

6. Creation of new provinces in Punjab, wether SouthPunjab or Bahawalpur, in no way benefit PMLN. So, PMLNwalas shud not be happy if Bahawalpur is made a province.New provinces will go against PMLN's interests, anyway.

   Local Govt ke bas pa pakistan ke sb divisions ko aik soba jasi administration da dain. aik division ke aik local assembly ho, jis ka head Nazim-e-alla ho jisa division ka sb nazimen and naib nazimeen muntakhib karin.agar asa ho jay to pakistan k har soba min grass root level tak development ho saka g.or sb pakistanion main taasub bhe ne phala ga. total 37 local assemblian ja buanin g. kindly comment at my suggestion. I hope all Pakistani will happy with this idea.

   • Since independence, India has made many provinces; all on ethnic and linguistic basis. There is nothing wrong in creating new provinces on ethnic basis. India created, Jharkhund, Chattis Garh, Haryana, UtranchalPerdesh, OrnachalPerdesh all on linguistic basis. Yet Indian unity is intact. We opposed Bengali as an official language, and the result was separation of EastPakistan. Ethnic and linguistic identity are realities and cannot be denied.

8. zeeshan sab your suggestion is good but these political parties are not interested in local bodies election which is true democracy,
   in my point of view the pressure to make new provinces has only the one reason by not conducting local bodies election on regular basis.
   so now onward nobody can stop popular slogan of new provinces,new provinces only on administrator basis not on ethnic basis,
   but if Punjab going to be divided then mark my word there is new provinces in every province including Sindh dharti,

9. In India provinces are created on ethnic and linguistic basis. They created Haryana, UtranchalPerdesh, ChattisGarh, JharKhind, HamachalPerdesh,OrnachilPerdesh, TriPura and NagaLand, all on ethnolinguistic basis. There is nothing wrong in that. Smaller ethnic provinces will need a moderately powerful centre to resolve their issues, and Pakistan will emerge stronger. I am opposed to creation of provinces on administrative basis. You will see bodybags of unknown people like in Karachi these days.

10. Puthowar i.e from Attock to Jehlum . This has to be considered seriously for a Province.
    Pakistan armed forces also comprise of 33.5% of people from this area . and the brave lay down their life for the welfare of Pakistan. most soldiers lost to the wars are from this area. and the state of affairs at district and division level in this region is pathetic compared to the rest of Punjab.
    Ch Nisar being a son of the soil and esteemed leader of PML N should think of this and use his office to make Pothwar a reality

    Provinces should be made after years of thought process n not for political motives! I hope my brothers understand this before its too late

16. PPP caused the break up of Pakistan in 1971. Sound like pml-n doesn't want to be left behind and will cause Pakistan to break up in more pieces.
