Unless the implementation of law does not travel down from top, nothing can improve. In our case unless Chief Justice of Pakistan does not hold political, partisan president accountable and adjudicate his extra constitutional conduct of business as illegal, per LHC verdict also, it cannot be a smooth ride.
He has made everyone his scapegoat to retain his power both in his party, coalition partners and opposition under the nose of judiciary.
