Karachi witnessed a wave of strikes last week when different political party leaders or activists were killed. Every other day was given an off in the grief of the people who had lost their precious lives. It is the immediate next week and a mournful incident of our soldiers took place at Siachen. Why did our government this time forget to announce a black day in their honour when they clearly deserved the love and appreciation?
How did everyone possibly forget the contributions they’ve made to our country defences? It is sad how we ignore the important incidents and prioritise those which are not of that much value. Our brothers at Siachen gave their lives to save Pakistan.
