The announcement of bounty for the capture of Hafiz Saeed gives the impression that the United States is helpless or just wants to badmouth Pakistan.
Hafiz Saeed participates in different demonstrations against United States and NATO. Since the US knows where he lives in Pakistan, one wonders if there is any need to announce the bounty? I can say with conviction that the United States is just using its old pressure tactics.
