Since Mumbai attacks in 2008, Indian relations with Pakistan have been tense. They did not send their cricket team to Pakistan and did not welcome our visits wholeheartedly.
Now, the Indian hockey team’s visit has been cancelled, showing no trust in Pakistan. We always try to extend our cooperation wherever possible which is good but it should not be on the cost of our integrity. We are thinking to offer MFN to a nation who is not very keen to have relations with us.
As a Pakistani I feel insulted on such behaviour and want our government to deal with them with dignity. I hope President Asif Zardari will call off his planned visit to India to show solidarity with his Pakistani masses who feel degraded with the Indian responses.
