The ongoing anti-polio vaccination campaign is in progress in the urban and rural areas of Islamabad successfully. According to District Health Officer Dr M Azhar, 35,644 children up to the age of five were administered anti-polio drops in the rural areas of Islamabad on the first day of the drive and 99 per cent target achieved. He said the ICT administration would achieve the set target successfully through effective mechanism in place and not a single child would be missed.
