Meera, who has often been hailed as the Aishwarya Rai of Pakistan and voted one of the most beautiful girls of South Asia, has also been termed the most eligible bachelorette of Pakistan. Meera made her Bollywood debut opposite Ashmit Patel in Mahesh’s Bhatt’s ‘Nazar’, followed by a few other movies, before she took a sabbatical. Mired in scandals and controversies of all sorts, Meera’s life has always been a rollercoaster ride. But the actress has now planned a turnaround. She recently announced plans of beginning a second innings in Bollywood. The announcement came on the heals of news about her ill-fated engagement to American-Pakistani pilot, Naveed Shahzad. Meanwhile, Meera has said that she didn’t mind competing with Aishwarya Rai, Katrina Kaif or Deepika Padukone. That’s okay Meera – as long as they too don’t mind competing with you.
