KRL thrash Lahore Lions in One-day Cup

KRL thrashed Lahore Lions by six wickets in the fifth round of the National One-day Cup 2011-2012 Division-II here at the LCCA Ground on Tuesday. Lahore got to just 212 runs with major contribution coming from Fahadul Haq, Mohammad Hamza and Saad Nasim but KRL reached the target in 44.4 overs. Ali Khan who remained not out along with Yasir Arafat and Bazid Khan got to the target.
In the other match of the tournament, Hyderabad Hawks, UBL and Lahore Eagles won their matches.
Hyderabad Hawks won by five wickets against Peshawar Panthers, United Bank won over Karachi Zebras by four wickets and Lahore Eagles defeated Quetta Bears by five wickets.
