The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has been informed that a judicial commission (JC) will visit India on March 14, 2012, to record statements of key persons involved in Mumbai attacks. Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Special Prosecutor Chaudhry Zulfiqar informed ATC Rawalpindi Court Number 1 Judge Shahid Raffique on Tuesday during the hearing of Mumbai attacks case. The prosecutor also apprised the court that the interior ministry had appointed its Deputy Director Fazl-e-Majid as coordinator for the judicial commission. He further apprised the court that the commission would leave for India on March 14 and it will stay there till March 22.
